Executive Summary
Resolving all previous patent litigation, immunodiagnostics company Inverness Medical Innovations has acquired the assets of Acon Laboratories' rapid diagnostics division. In 2004, Inverness alleged Acon infringed several of its immunoassay patents, including its consumer pregnancy and ovulation tests.
