Executive Summary
To focus on consumer photography, Eastman Kodak is divesting its Kodak Health Imaging business. Onex Healthcare Holdings--a division of Onex Corp., a diversified Canadian investment firm--is buying the unit, paying up to $2.55bn ($Cdn2.99bn), almost equal to Health Imaging's revenues of $2.54bn for the 12 months ending September 30th.
