Executive Summary
To further expand into the extremities market (where it’s currently second behind DePuy), Stryker Corp. (spinal and neurological surgical devices) has acquired privately held hand and foot orthopedics firm Memometal Technologies SA for $150mm in cash up front, plus $12mm in potential earn-outs.
