The dietary supplement online retailer Nutriceuticals.com expects to raise $8.7 mil. through its secondary public offering of 1 mil. shares of common stock at the expected price of $10 per share. The firm will have 6.2 mil. shares outstanding after the offering. The proceeds would reach $10 mil. if the underwriter fully exercises its over-allotment option. Nutriceuticals.com is applying to have the stock listed on the NASDAQ SmallCap Market under the symbol JCOM.

Shares of the online drugstore opened at $65 per share July 28 and reached a high of $70 in its first day of trading. The stock carried an opening price of $18 per share.
