Vicki Haupt resigns as VP-conceptual marketing where she led development of the hand bag designer's namesake beauty product line, slated to bow in fall. A replacement at the Estee Lauder division has not been announced. Appointed in April, Haupt, who formerly held the same position with Prescriptives, will assume position as Polo Ralph Lauren senior VP-home store development.
