Law firm had requested FDA determine whether Prop 65 cancer warnings found on some OTC coal tar medications - including Alva-Amco's Psoriasin Gel, GlaxoSmithKline/Block Drug's Tegrin, Medtech's Oxipor - constitute misbranding.
