Executive Summary
"It is very important to emphasize" FDA's draft security guidance for cosmetics processors and transporters should not be considered minimum standards that every cosmetics company must meet, Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association states in May 20 comments to the agency. "Because of the diversity of the industry, all of the guidance may not be applicable to every company, CTFA adds.
