Executive Summary
Trial is scheduled to commence Sept. 21, 2004, following Oct. 20 denial by Los Angeles federal judge of Procter & Gamble's motion to dismiss Vidal Sassoon lawsuit against P&G alleging breach of fiduciary duty and constructive fraud.
