Sale of teen cosmetics line to private equity investment firm Pittco Capital Partners and select members of management is complete, the company announces. New capital will be used to add management, marketing and other resources to the firm, helping it to "reach its potential," Caboodles says. Caboodles will expand beyond its mass market distribution to department stores with the introduction of C Me, a 400-SKU teen cosmetics line. Debuting in August, the collection was developed under an agreement with retailer May Company.
