Executive Summary
Ideasphere (ISI), owner of nutrition brands such as Twinlab and Nature's Herbs, has closed the transaction relating to its acquisition of supplement maker Metabolife, the firm announces Nov. 7. Key assets acquired include Metabolife's "core non-ephedra brands" such as Metabolife Ultra and Metabolife Complete and a lab facility which ISI will use to for product development. The firm expects the integration to be complete within 60 days.
