International Flavors & Fragrances: Firm elects Kevin Berryman executive VP and chief financial officer, IFF announces April 16. Berryman comes to the firm from Nestle Professional, where he was CFO. He will report to CEO and Chairman Robert M. Amen. "We are very pleased to have Kevin join our IFF management team," says Amen. "He brings a wealth of experience in managing a global finance organization. His expertise in strategy development, business decision support and people development will help to accelerate IFF's growth and build a stronger company." Separately, scent firm announces appointment of Susan McEwen as director of specialty retail. McEwen brings perfumery experience as well as sales experience to IFF, having worked in sales for 16 years after a career as a perfumer. Prior to joining IFF, McEwen was part of the team at Quest that opened the fragrance firm's Creative Center in Manhattan. At IFF, she will be responsible for growing firm's North America market share in the specialty retail category and to play a key role in developing a dedicated specialty retail team
