Executive Summary
The House Energy and Commerce Committee July 28 passes the Combat Methamphetamine Enhancement Act of 2009, H.R. 2923. The bill, which cleared the Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health days earlier, would require retailers of nonprescription pseudoephedrine products to self-certify compliance with existing Combat Meth regulations (1"The Tan Sheet" July 26, 2010).
