CHANEL DAY LIFT PERFORMANCE CLAIMS SUBSTANTIATED, NAD stated in a Jan. 6 release. Chanel, in a print ad for the Day Lift Refining Complex alpha hydroxy acid face product, made the following performance claims: 1) "Day Lift...goes far beyond moisturizing to reveal dramatically firmer, smoother, younger- looking skin"; 2) "Photoaging causes up to 80% of premature aging"; 3) "You'll see telltale dark spots virtually disappear"; and 4) "...helps intercept skin-damaging free radicals."
