Lauderdale-based marketer and distributor Federal Airport Services Transport d/b/a Fast, Inc. in a lawsuit filed Dec. 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The complaint, which seeks to halt the sale of repackaged Estee, Private Collection and Youth Dew fragrances, accuses the defendants of trademark infringement, unfair competition and trademark dilution. In addition, Estee Lauder argued that Marshalls is engaging in false advertising.
