Executive Summary
Initiates recall of Anti-Plaque Alcohol Free Mouth Rinse via letters distributed the week of Oct. 10, FDA's Oct. 26 Enforcement Report states. The Class II recall (may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences) is for 84,720 2 oz. bottles distributed throughout the U.S. and New Zealand. The recall was instituted because some of the bottles contain pseudomonas cepacia. The mouth rinse is manufactured by Toronto- based CCL Industries
