Schering-Plough: Sun care product sales declined 1.5% to $129 mil. in 1994, while foot care product sales grew 3.3% to $248 mil. for the year, boosted by "sharp" fourth quarter sales of new corn/callus/bunion products and "higher" sales of insole lines, the company states. Healthcare products sales dropped 6% in 1994, due to lower OTC sales because of more competitive markets for vaginal antifungal and allergy/cold products, the company says. Consolidated sales rose 7.3% to $4.66 bil. in the year and were up 10.6% to $1.18 bil. in the quarter. Net income grew 26.2% to $922 mil. and 7.9% to $203.8 mil. in the 12 and three months, respectively...
