Executive Summary
IRI: James Andress resigns as co-chief executive officer and president of Information Resources, Inc. to return to the health care/consumer packaged goods business, IRI announces. Andress joined IRI in November 1989 from SmithKline Beecham, where he was chairman of health care products and services in London. Prior to that, he was president and chief operating officer of Sterling Drug and held a variety of executive posts at Abbott Labs. Andress will remain on the IRI board and will act as an advisor to the information services company's Japanese venture. No successor to Andress has been announced yet...
