AVON PERFECT WEAR, SKIN SO SOFT, ANEW BRANDS FEATURED IN $30 MIL. AD CAMPAIGN for 1996, the company said. Avon's transfer-resistant Perfect Wear for Lips, Skin So Soft Moisturizing Sun Care Plus line and Anew AHA skin care products will be featured in an eight-page print ad insert set to break in March beauty and lifestyle books, according to the New York City-based direct sales marketer. The Anew line also will be the focus of an Avon TV ad. The $30 mil. ad budget for Avon's 1996 print, TV and outdoor campaign is double the amount spent in 1995 for advertising, the company said. Avon's last major campaign launched in 1993 with the print tagline "Women Are Beautiful."
