RETAILERS SHOULD "MORE STRATEGICALLY" TARGET LAST TEN DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS, Macy's East Senior VP-Cosmetics and Fragrances Rita Burke Mangan told attendees of the Fragrance Foundation's annual "Retailer's Review of Christmas Past" held Jan. 23 in New York City. "With more than half of December's fragrance business happening in the last ten days before Christmas...fragrance resources should target this time period more strategically," Burke Mangan said.
