EPA regulation of VOCs: EPA volatile organic compounds consumer products proposed rule is expected to be published in the Federal Register in February, EPA said. The agency anticipates that a final rule will be published in June following a comment period. EPA's schedule targets September as the compliance date for consumer products after finalization of the reg.
