Chanel: Karen Flinn rejoins company as VP-beaute marketing and training. Reporting to Senior VP-Marketing and Sales Jean Hoehn Zimmerman, Flinn will be responsible for all cosmetic and treatment products under the Chanel Beaute umbrella. She will also oversee the Training and Consumer Relations department. Flinn returns to Chanel after a five-year stint with Lancome, where she most recently served as VP-marketing and advertising for treatment and fragrance. Also at Chanel, Lynn Kopper is named associate director, marketing services, reporting to VP-Marketing Services Steven Caputo.
