COSMETICS NATIONAL UNIFORMITY SHOULD BE PRIORITY FOR 105TH CONGRESS, SEN. HATCH said in a Sept. 30 floor statement on FDA reform efforts in the 104th Congress. "The time has more than come for enactment of a national uniformity law for cosmetic regulation," the Utah Republican declared. "It is my hope that this issue will be high on our congressional agenda next year."
