The April to December launch period for the women's scent will be supported by the company's largest advertising budget for a fragrance launch in the company's history, she said, adding that a "typical" Coty launch budget approximates $5.5 mil. Coty's blockbuster women's scent Vanilla Fields debuted in 1993 with a $3.5 mil. launch budget and the company's most recent introduction, Celebrate, was supported with $6 mil. in ad/promo spending.
