Ultima II: Signs "NYPD Blue" actress Kim Delaney as spokesperson for the Ultima II skin care and cosmetics line under a one-year contract, the Revlon division said. Delaney will be featured in a four-page print ad breaking in May issues of "leading" women's publications including Elle, Glamour, In Stryle, Mirabella and Self. TV spots began airing March 13 on network and cable channels. The ads will "initially emphasize" Wonderwear makeup, Glowtion "skin brightening" moisturizer and Brighten Up Tighten Up eye cream, Ultima II said.
