RENAISSANCE COSMETICS FRAGRANCE FLANKERS FOR FORMER MEM, P&G SCENTS PLANNED, the company said in a May 13 senior note exchange prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Noting that it "has identified several opportunities for focused flankers" within the MEM and former Procter & Gamble fragrance portfolios, Renaissance said it will apply its strategy of developing complementary scents to these new acquisitions based on stronger-performing fragrances. Brands likely to be targeted include the Navy women's fragrance and English Leather men's scent.
