Freeman founder's son named first president, IPO possible 1998/1999.

FREEMAN ADDS NEW MANAGEMENT TIER, EYES FUTURE PUBLIC OFFERING with the creation of a top executive level headed by President Mark Freeman. As president, Freeman oversees the four members of the management team, who include newly appointed Senior VP-Marketing Ron Monat, VP-Marketing Jill Freeman, VP-International Affairs Ron Carpenter and Chief Financial Officer Brett Saevitzon. The team was developed "as a direct result of the company's accelerated and continued growth" and will help guide the hair and body care products manufacturer as it moves toward an initial public offering, Freeman Cosmetics said.
