Carson completes second-tier management appointments, new sales structure in place.

CARSON FILLS MANAGEMENT SECOND TIER with the addition of Aurelia Waldon as VP-sales and Marla Jones as executive VP-marketing. Waldon's new responsibilities include "forecasting and meeting the company's annual domestic sales objectives, as well as directing and guiding Carson's sales force." She was promoted from the firm's Caribbean business unit. Jones comes to Carson from Revlon Professional, where she served as VP-marketing. She will head up the "development and execution of strategic marketing, advertising and public relations campaigns for all Carson brands and Johnson Products retail and professional." Both women report to President and Chief Operating Officer Joyce Roche.
