International Flavors & Fragrances will study the effects of microgravity on the fragrance juice of an American hybrid rose plant on board NASA's Space Shuttle Discovery. The supplier's "Overnight Scentsation" is slated to be one of the 83 experiments aboard the nine-day mission that launched Oct. 29. The experiment is being conducted in partnership with the University of Wisconsin at Madison's Center for Space Automation and Robotics (WCSAR).
