Executive Summary

Del Laboratories has earmarked $5 mil. to support its N.Y.C. New York Color line during the collection's first year on the market. The discount line will be backed with a print campaign breaking in May or June books, including Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, Allure and Latina, according to the Uniondale, N.Y.-based company. The effort will make N.Y.C. New York Color the "only budget line with national print magazine advertising support," Del claims.
