Executive Summary
Isaac Cohen to head Dana Corp., effective July 30. Fragrance Express purchased the company, formally known as Renaissance Cosmetics, for $29 mil.; the deal was approved by Wilmington, Del. federal bankruptcy court July 1 (1"The Rose Sheet" July 12, p. 3).
