Sun and skin care product marketer Caribbean Pacific Natural Products sells 60% stake to dietary supplement manufacturer, the Dolyestown, Penn.-based Quigley announces July 11. Caribbean Pacific markets its products to resorts, theme parks and spas and is developing a skin care line to be sold through Darius International, Quigley's new Web-based direct sales subsidiary. When Darius was introduced in June, Quigley noted its intention to avoid the hassles and expense of the retail market by seeking alternative sales channels. Caribbean Pacific supplies its Virgin Sol, Coral Sol and Sport Sol products to Anheuser-Busch Entertainment, Universal Studios, Ritz Carlton and others in the U.S., Mexico and the Caribbean
