Executive Summary

Second quarter sales from NuSkin personal care division totaled $107.6 mil., down 6% on reported basis but up 5% in constant currency terms. Contributing to local sales gain was Galvanic Spa System, an in-home, two-step facial skin treatment system launched in the U.S. in February and Japan in March. System generated sales of over $6 mil. during its first five months, firm says. Overall company sales in North America fell 10% to $38.6 mil. in the period.
