Agreement settles patent infringement litigation filed by TriStrata in Wilmington, Del. federal court, parent NeoStrata announces April 30. TriStrata owns over 80 patents protecting its alpha hydroxy acid technology, which is licensed by companies such as Avon, Unilever and Elizabeth Arden, firm says.
