Executive Summary
Net sales in fiscal Q3 (ended Dec. 31) rose 21.5% to $19.8 mil. on successful holiday launches and international distribution, Perry Ellis, Ocean Pacific and Jockey fragrances distributor announces. Net income was $106,820, compared with net loss of $6.2 mil. in year-ago period, which included a $7.3 mil. pre-tax, non-cash charge to operating income. Parlux directors also approve stock buyback of up to 2.5 mil. shares, or about 25% of current outstanding shares.
