Personal care products formulated with a new proprietary technology will debut in the third and fourth quarters of 2004 under partnership with German pharmaceutical firm Cosmix, direct-seller says March 13. Cosmix, which specializes in peptide and protein ingredient technologies, will help Nu Skin create a pipeline of "scientifically-advanced" products, Provo, Utah marketer states. Deal is expected to increase demand for Nu Skin's products and to "drive greater distributor activity over the next several years," company adds. Technology, which is in the first phase of a four-stage development process, also could be incorporated into existing products.
