Executive Summary
Firm taps three new senior marketing execs as part of a global marketing reorganization designed to "take K-C's global marketing capabilities and teams to the next level" through expanded brand-building; and growth and product innovation, firm says April 2. Andrew Bienkowski, former group marketing director for The Coca-Cola Company, will join K-C in the newly created role of VP, global brands, to head the development of brand strategies. Roger Chacko, former senior VP of strategy development for Mars, Inc., will serve as VP, global marketing knowledge and intelligence. Clive Sirkin, former group managing director for advertising agency Leo Burnett Worldwide, is appointed VP, global integrated marketing communications. The execs will report to Chief Marketing Officer Tony Palmer, firm says. K-C also is establishing a Global Marketing Leadership Team to help shape its global marketing vision, and Global Brand Leadership teams to guide key brands at the global level.
