AAD president: C. William Hanke, M.D., MPH, FAAD, is named president of the American Academy of Dermatology, effective immediately, academy announces. Hanke, who will hold office for one year, is an active member of the academy, having served on its board of directors, executive committee, priorities committee and melanoma/skin cancer committee, AAD notes.
