Neprofarm takes issue with borderlines group

Dutch self-care industry association Neprofarm has called for the Netherland’s recently-formalised advisory group on so-called ‘borderlines’ – those products and substances which exist in a regulatory grey area between foods, medicines, cosmetics and biocides – to be opened up to public scrutiny.
