Executive Summary
European Federation for Cosmetic Ingredients trade association launches Sept. 1 as French (FPS/COVREC) and German (TEGEWA/Sector group) associations responsible for the manufacturing, testing and marketing of cosmetics join forces to "create a structure of a European size." The European Federation includes 60 member companies, representing 80%-90% of their sector and sales of $616 mil. ([Euro]700 mil.). Spain, Italy and the U.K. have been invited to join the European Federation, which will work in partnership with Colipa and CTFA
