Lancome has partnered with Macy's to create a virtual "cosmetic boutique," offering customers an "offline" shopping experience on the macys.com site, the two firms announced Jan. 3. Lancome currently is in discussion with Bloomingdale's and other online retailers to create similar partnerships.
