Executive Summary
Rodan & Fields General Manager Shashi Batra will add role of General Manager of Darphin, North America, to his responsibilities, effective July 1, Lauder announces May 6. Batra will report to Group President Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne, and will lead Darphin's expansion in spas, specialty stores and fashion stores, firm says. Batra replaces Jean-Marc Benet, who will assume the role of Darphin General Manager, International Affiliate Markets, in France. Benet's responsibilities will include oversight of the integration of Darphin's stand-alone affiliates, as well as the execution of local marketing and distribution plans.
