Gillette and Schick have reached a settlement on "the vast majority of litigation between the companies," Gillette spokesperson says Feb. 17. Procter & Gamble and Energizer divisions have filed a number of separate patent infringement lawsuits against each other over the past few years as both marketers continued to up the ante in razor innovations.
